Campaign Objective:

Baskin Robbins (BR) engaged Nom Nom Media to run their first ever digital campaign which was inspired by the overwhelming response during the Olympics ice-cream giveaway. This time they will ride on the General Elections (GE13) wave and have an ice-cream flavours election. The objectives of this campaign are to create awareness and drive traffic to BR Facebook page

Campaign Details (What did we do?):

5 bloggers were chosen to represent 5 different flavours according to their personalities. For example, Hanis Zalikha represented World Class Chocolate because she is well-travelled and enjoys finer things in life. Each of these flavours will have a pledge of their own such as free toppings and free upsize where it will be fulfilled if they win.

For Nuffnang portion, banner ads were put up across the network to create awareness. The 5 influencers wrote 2 blog posts each on the campaign to create awareness and rally for votes where readers can vote at BR Facebook Page. There were also promotions going on by each campaigner to rally for more votes. BR sponsored the campaigners to giveaway free ice-cream for their supporters. As for Churp Churp, Alphas were engaged to share the campaign on their social media platforms. The campaign was also shared by ChurpChurp community on social media to spread the campaign.

To end this campaign, there was an on-ground event at Publika with games, performance, on-ground voting and of course, FREE ice-cream. The winner of the election was announced at the end of the event. The response to the event was a good one where 35 bloggers blog about the event for free.

Awareness and buzz created on the platform of: Banners, Blogs, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram
